I contract with most major commercial insurance providers and most MCOs. I am also a preferred provider with BCBS, Aetna, Medicare, and many others. I will make every effort to help individuals utilize their insurance benefits. I encourage all patients to confirm with their policy that I am “in-network” for their insurance plan and if not, to check if their plan has “out-of-network” benefits.

A fee for service option is available if an individual has no insurance coverage or chooses to not use their insurance.

As a courtesy, my office will submit claims for services on your behalf to the insurance company. Please remember that the patient is ultimately responsible for the cost of any services provided. Patients are responsible for knowing and verifying their insurance coverage and for any deductible/copay/co-insurance/no-show fee/late-cancel fees that are not covered by their insurance.

Any questions regarding fees or insurance can be discussed by contacting me at +1316-831-0999.

Insurance and Financial Options

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers nee to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
